   一、教材分析

本节课是三年级上册第八单元的第一个课时，学生主要学习内容为不同颜色的读写，以及如何谈论物品的颜色。

二、学情分析

学生通过前面的学习，对英语学习有了一定的词汇积累，并且掌握了一些简单的音标，所以本节课单词教学部分，主要发挥学生的主动性，组织学生大胆拼读单词，通过设计的情景，帮助学生掌握单词的读法，用法。

三、教学目标：

1). 学生会读会写会用color，blue，yellow, green, red, orange, black, white, brown.

2). 学生会用What color is it? It is.... 对自己的物品进行描述。

四、教学重点：

学生会读会写会用color，blue，yellow, green, red, orange, black, white, brown.

五、教学难点：

学生会用What color is it? It is.... 对自己的物品进行描述。

六、教学方法

1. Situational teaching approach：通过为单词设置一个学生熟悉的场景，让学生更容易在情境中识记学习新单词。

2. 探究法：以学生为主体，培养学生利用音标，自主学习，自我探究，掌握单词的正确发音。

3. 多媒体辅助教学法：利用多媒体的直观性来辅助教学。

  七、教学过程

Step 1. Leading in

 Teacher shows an orange on the screen, and asks students to answer the following questions to lead in the topic.

  Q1: What is it?

  Q2: This orange is orange. (英译汉）

设计意图：通过学生熟悉的单词orange，引出本单元话题，可以降低学生对新知识的恐惧心理，让他们更加自信。同时，也调动他们的新知识的好奇心。

Step 2. Presentation

  Teacher shows different things with different colors to learn new word. Take blue as an example, teacher asks students to look at the picture of a blue car to learn the new word blue.

设计意图: 利用多媒体展示图片，让学生更加直观的理解所学内容，为学生创设生活情境，让他们在情境中学习，更容易加深记忆，留下深刻印象。

  Teacher helps the students to read the words by phonetics. Then teacher uses sentences to create a situation for students to remember the new words.

设计意图：授人以鱼不如授人以渔，音标学习，可以有效的帮助学生掌握单词的发音，并且对记忆单词的拼写很有帮助，所以，在学习单词时，教师重视学生对音标的掌握。

 Teacher uses high low voice and group work to organize students to read new word.

设计意图：大小声活动和小组活动，可以增强英语课堂的趣味性，让学生更加快乐的学习。

Step3. Practice

  Teacher lets students do a game to compete. Who read the words fastest when the color cards appear, who will be the winner.

设计意图：利用多媒体呈现游戏内容，小组竞争看谁说的快，可以激发学生学习的积极性。

Step 4.Consolidation

  Teacher shows exercises to use the new words.

  Teacher asks students to discuss with their partners about the color of their things.

设计意图：通过练习，巩固本节课所学的内容，同时也为下一课时的学习，做好铺垫。

Eg. What is it?

It is my bag.

What color is it?

It is green.

Step 5. Summary

  Teacher lets students to sum up what they learned in this class.

设计意图：学生自己总结本节课的内容，既可以加深对本节课内容的印象，同时也锻炼学生的组织能力，思维能力。

Step 6. Homework

1. Students memorize the new words.

2. Students describes the color of their toys.

设计意图：通过家庭作业的训练，进一步帮组学生掌握本节课的内容，并且能把课堂所学，转化到日常生活的运用中，学以致用。
