3、教学内容
Step 1. Revision
Review the words about the animals and some words about the description of the words.
Purpose：让学生复习所学关于动物以及描述动物品质的单词。（目标2)
Step2.Guessing game
Give students some description of the animal, according to the description to guess the animal. And during this time, I ask the students “Do you like them? Why do you like them(or why don’t you like?)”
Purpose：采用猜词的方式考察学生对单词的记忆以及理解，采用小组加分制，考查学生的记忆力及反应力。（目标2)
Step3 Practice
Let the students use the names of the animals and the description of the animals to practice the sentence structures.

A: Do you like...?              A: Do you like...?
B: Yes, I do.                  B: No, I don't.    
A: Why do you like ...?        A: Why don't you like ...?

Step4 Presentation
Let the students see a video about pet and answer the question “What pets can you see in the video?”
Purpose: 通过播放关于宠物的视频，让学生的注意力转移到这方面，这样不经复习了所学的动物名称，同样也可以让学生比较顺利的学习接下来对话的内容。
Step5 Practice
1）Listen and answer the question “Does Peter have a pet?” and “What pet does Jenny’s mom have?”
2）Listen and imitate the conversation one sentence by sentence.
3）Pair work. Let the students practice the conversation with their partner.
4）Make up new conversations by using the sentence structure and they can also use their own words to add some new words.
Purpose：通过练习模音发现学生发音时的问题，提醒学生注意语音、语调。（目标4）
Step6 Exercises：(1) Fill in the blanks.
