    第三次研修作业要求:提交一节“重建课”。

    提交内容:教学设计、课件、PPT、课堂实录(片断)等;(备注:课堂实录非必提交项)

    提交格式:在“第三次研修作业”处提交,标题需设置为【重建课】+姓名/项目县/学校。例:【重建课】张三潢川县一小

    分数说明:提交得5分,被批阅为“优秀”加5分,被批阅为“良好”加3分,被批阅为“合格”加1分,被批阅为“不合格”不加分,未提交不得分。满分10分。

.教学设计思路及依据说明

本课是九年级第二单元第一话题的第一课时。主活动是1a。1a通过对比“West Hill”今昔的环境变化,引出本话题的污染问题,巩固现在完成时与一般过去时用法及区别。1b要求学生能够听懂一般过去时态和现在完成时态,也就是要分清1b所提及的词语所伴随的时间。1c则是在阅读之后再找出“西山”所发生的变化。2通过观察图片内容,结对编对话,描述污染前后的情况,训练学生口头表达能力和对一般过去时和现在完成时的运用能力。任务4的口语表达,培养学生的说的技能,检测对本课的掌握情况。通过本课的学习,培养学生关注环境问题的意识。

掌握本课的重点词汇和短语,巩固一般过去时和现在完成时的用法和区别。

能够用一般过去时和现在完成时描述过去和现在的变化。

正确使用there be sth./sb. doing sth.来表达有某人/物正在做某事

能听懂描述环境变化的对话,区别一般过去时和现在完成时的用法。

能理解和运用一般过去时和现在完成时来进行听、说、读、写活动。

3.Emotional aims: (optional)

让学生了解环境污染的严重性,并树立环保意识。

通过课文的学习,让学生了解环境的变化,关注身边乃至全球的环境问题。

. The key points and difficult points

1. Key points:

通过引导学生在听前阅读1b,培养学生形成听前熟悉、预测听力材料的习惯。

通过朗读1a2,引导学生模仿已有对话,编写新的对话。

通过1c,培养学生整合对话信息,将对话转换为语篇的能力。

Stage IGetting students ready for learning3min

1, Greet and tell a joke with the new students.

2, Do a free talk with Ss.

T: What’s your favorite subject? What do you like to do in your free time?

Do you like to have a picnic with your friends?

设计意图:该环节是让学生通过交谈,倾听同伴的讲解等方式,吸引学生注意力,使其回归课堂以便进行本堂课的学习

 

Stage II. Lead-in4min

Play the video Earth song and ask students what they have seen in the pictures. Then we can lead in the title Saving the earth .

T: What’s wrong with the earth ? What can you see in the picture?

What has happened to the earth ?

设计意图:先让学生观看迈克尔杰克逊的《地球之歌》并讨论地球前后的对比从而引起下面同一地点去年与现在的对比。

 

StageIII: Pre-listening8min

Step1: Present the picture of example in 2,let the Ss observe the pictures and study the example in 2 .

T: What can you see in the left picture?

Ss: Flowers and grass.

T: Yes. There were …(PPT 上呈现2 中Example 部分,教师引导学生用该部分句型回答。)

Ss: There were lots of flowers and grass when I visited the village last year.

T: Can you see flowers and grass in the right picture?

Ss: No, we cant.

T: Yes. Now there are not flowers and grass. So we can say

Ss: Now the flowers and grass have gone. (板书)

Step2Practice in pair work .

T: Now study the example in 2 and try to make new dialogs with their partners according to the pictures and the given words. Then act out the dialogs.

T: OK, who can try?

 

Step3: Present two pictures of the West Hill and describe the changes. Teach the new words and some difficult sentences.

(Show the old picture of the West Hill to the Ss)

T: Look at this beautiful picture. Kangkang and his friends had a picnic there two years ago. Can you guess where it is?

Ss: Yes, it’s the West Hill.

T: What can you see in the picture?

S1: Some flowers, a clean river and a big tree…

T: Right. The West Hill is a beautiful place. Can you see the bees and butterflies dancing there

(Point to the bees and butterflies, and then write down the words and phrases on the Bb)

T: So do you want to go there for a picnic?

Ss: Yes…

T: I’d like to. But now it has changed a lot. Look at this picture. Do you like it?

Ss: No.

(Teacher presents the new words and difficult sentences through the description of the pictures.)

设计意图:该部分旨在帮助学生为听力活动做好语言上的准备,即学习一般过去时和现在完成时的用法。然后学生借助1a部分的两副插图对听力内容进行预测,从而做好话题上的准备。

 

StageIV: While—listening12min

Step 1: Let the Ss listen to 1a and do 1b alone.

T: Listen to the tape carefully and try to mark the words with P or N.

T: Now please check answers in your group.

S1: “Beautiful” is in the past.

S2:Butterflies” are in the past.

S3: “Dirty” is now.

Step 2: listen to 1a again

Step 2:Play the flash of 1a and ask students to answer the question.

 

Step 3:Play the flash of 1a again and ask students to pay attention to the pronunciation and the intonation(The teacher should pause when there are new and difficult points.). Then practice 1a in groups and role play it.

T: Read 1a with your group members and act it out.

设计意图:该部分目的在于进行语言输入,让学生巩固学习一般过去式和现在完成时用法以及本堂课所学生词,获取对过去和现在进行比较的表达法,同时提高学生听的能力,为语言输出做准备。

 

Stage V:  Post-listening13min

Step 1: Let the Ss read 1a aloud and fill the blanks in 1c in groups.

T: Read 1a aloud and fill in the blanks in 1c as quickly as possible, and then discuss the answer with your group members.

T: Now check the answer together.

S1: a beautiful place

S2: lots of flowers and grass

S3: …

Step 2: Ask students to retell the dialogue according to the table in 1c.

T: Now I will give you 2 minutes to prepare for retelling the passage and then ask some students to report it for us.

Step 3: Use a table to summarize the different uses of the Simple past and the present perfect.

 

设计意图:该部分要求学生阅读听力文段、完成表格并在此基础上进行复述,帮助学生把握语篇细节信息,进一步巩固和运用本课词汇、语法和功能,兼顾了语言输入和输出,进一步发展了学生读和说的能力。

 

Stage VI: Summarizing and assigning homework 5min

Step 1 :Sum up the main content of this class and the key points, then complete the choices in ppt

Step 2: HMK :  

1, Read 1a.

2, Write a passage about pollution in some place you know. (SA---4,and give the example The river near my school)

3, Give some beautiful pictures about our school, and inspire them to protect our environment.

VIII.教学反思

爱因斯坦曾说过:“兴趣是最好的老师。”本节课,我充分利用与安排的一些让学生成为课堂的主人,老师只是他们的导演与帮助者,激发学生学习兴趣,让他们在课堂上主动思考,主动探究,主动学习。课堂上多次组织孩子们质疑问难、合作学习、讨论交流,使他们在轻松愉快的学习活动中学会参与、学会求知、学会合作、学会创新,使不同层次的孩子在学习中获得成功的体验。使学生处于自信、放松的良好学习状态下突破难点、掌握重点。当然,英语作为一门语言,在英语课堂上我自己以及要求让学生尽可能的多说英语,创造英语思维,培养学生的英语口语交际能力。另外,多媒体辅助教学是现代教师必须要掌握的一门技术,在多媒体教学过程中教材的呈现则是多通道,多元化的。它集合声音,图像,动画和文字为一体。这样,抽象或枯燥的内容具有生动活泼的表现形式,可以调动学生参与活动,调动学生积极性,发挥学生潜力,从而达到最佳学习效果。
