And, to achieve this goal, teachers should not only improve their spoken English level and professional quality, but also change the role in the classroom. Under the traditional teaching mode, the teacher is a complete knowledge imparting machine, the imparting method is monotonous and boring, and only pays attention to one-way, so it is difficult to achieve the real teacher-student interaction and the student-student interaction. Therefore, only by using flexible and diverse teaching methods, can we fully arouse students' learning enthusiasm, stimulate students' knowledge potential, change the "monotonous and depressing" classroom model, and move towards the oral English classroom, towards a fully interactive classroom. I think as an English teacher, in order to have a good language liberal education for students, we must first constantly improve our own quality in all aspects. First of all, English teachers should have good professional quality. Good professional quality of teachers is the basis of good English lessons. Professional quality mainly refers to the teachers'rich knowledge of language and culture, flexible use of various teaching methods, integration and use of educational wisdom to solve teaching problems. Idiomatic pronunciation, beautiful intonation, rich vocabulary, fluent expression and solid grammar are the basic skills of English teachers. Any basic skill comes from the accumulation of time.
