为了显得更英俊,我想买一件风衣。
so that 意为“以便,为的是”,后接目的状语从句;
in order to 也有“以便;为的是” 的意思,后接动词原形表目的。 如:
I got up very early this morning so that I could catch the first bus.
= I got up very early in order to catch the early bus.
It’s such a cool windbreaker that you should buy it at once.
这件风衣如此好看,你应该立即买下了。
such…that…意为“如此······以至于······”,引导结果状语从句;有时可以和so…that…结构互换。此句也可表达为:
The windbreaker is so cool that you should buy it at once.
such + a(n) + 形容词 + 单数可数名词 that … = so + 形容词 + a(n) + 单数可数名词 that …
such + 形容词 + 复数可数名词/不可数名词that … = so + 形容词 + 复数可数名词/不可数名词 that …

(3)so单独修饰形容词或副词,such单独修饰名词。
如:He is such a man that we all. want to make friends with him.

2. be made of “由……材料做成”,用于能看出原材料的,而be made from用于看不出原材料的。
如:The table is made of wood.这张桌子是由木头制成的。(可看出原材料)
The paper is made from wood. 这些纸是木材做的。(看不出原材料

此句为形式主语it引导的固定句型:It is +adj. (for sb.) to do sth. 译为“做 某事对于某人来说是......的”

此句为if引导的条件状语从句,主句用一般将来时,从句用一般现在时。
3.wear/dress/put on/in的区别
put on, 着重于“穿”这一动作,即由没穿到穿这一动作的完成,意为“穿上、戴上””后接衣服、鞋帽等。
如: I want you to put on this coat and this hat.
wear “穿着;戴着”,表示状态,宾语可以是衣帽,也可以是饰物、奖章等。而 dress, put on 一般不这样用。如:
He seldom wears a watch. He wears red T-shirt today.
dress 可表示动作,常用人作宾语,不接“衣”作宾语,意为“给……穿衣服”。在表示“自己穿衣”时可说get dressed(= dress oneself)。当dress表示状态时,一般要用be dressed in形式。dress up强调着意打扮,意为“穿上盛装、乔装打扮”。 dress 还通常用于被动语态。如:
It’s time to wake up and get dressed!
She is dressed in a fur coat.
in是介词,表示“穿着、戴着”之意,后接表示衣服或颜色的词,着重于服装的款式或颜色。 它所构成的短语只能作表语或定语。
