一、 整体设计思路
1、 本课时的设计是在学生了解了一定的职业名称后,通过听力和阅读的输入,掌握工作面试中所运用的一些技巧,包括相关的礼仪礼貌、基本语言知识,最终完成面试对话中的角色扮演,从而为不久将来的成功面试做好准备。
2、 教学内容包括:Phrasal verbs 的学与练;Listening practice;Speaking practice和Role- play。这是一节兼顾了读写的听说课。
二、 教学目标
Knowledge & skills:
1、 To help the students understand the phrasal verbs such as make out, make up ,sit up etc.
2、 To lead the students to grasp some useful tips on interviews through short videos.
3、 To guide the students to speak and play a role.
Process & steps:
Through videos ,listening and role-play, lead students to learn how to have an interview step by step.
Emotional attitude & values:
Get students to be aware of the difficulty in getting a job; make students realize that it is important to make preparations for future job interviews.
三、教学重点和难点
1、重点:短语动词的学与练;与工作面试相关的语言知识和礼仪礼貌。
2、难点:在有限的时间内通过听、看和说帮助学生掌握与工作面试相关的语言知识及礼仪礼貌;调动学生的积极参与课堂,最终完成interviewers 和 interviewees 间的角色对话。

Step I Lead-in
Video show--- a piece of news related to finding a job.
To find a job, an interview is essential, and you have to make full preparations for it.
Picture show--- a picture of an interview.
Step II Pre-listening
Task 1: After enjoying a short video, find out the meanings of the phrasal verbs and judge whether they are right.
Task 2: Finish Ex.2.
Task 3: Discuss whether Mandy can get the job.
Step III While-listening
Task 4: Do the following exercises while listening.
A:Listen to the interview and answer the following questions:
