英语工作坊2坊

作业要求:实践研修是本次培训的一个重要环节,通过在岗实践、反思、再实践、再反思的良性循环过程,逐步提升实践教学及教育科研能力。现将实践研修成果做如下提交要求,各位参训学员请在“提交实践研修成果”栏目中根据要求提交一篇实践研修成果。 
题目: 
       请参训教师根据自身实际教学情况及课程学习,运用所学知识,设计和实施一次以学生自主学习与合作学习为特点的教学活动。并将教学活动设计、实施与反思以文稿的形式提交至平台。 

要求:
     1.字数要求:不少于500字。 
     2.内容必须原创,如出现雷同,视为无效,成绩为“0”分。 
     3.为方便批改,请尽量不要用附件的形式提交。(最好先在文档编辑器word软件里编辑好,再将内容复制到答题框提交,操作时间不要超过20分钟) 
     4.提交实践研修成果时,请附上1-2张实践(教学)过程中的图片。 
     5.请在截止日期2017年12月10日前提交,逾期无法提交。

The Lesson Plan of Book 2 Unit2 “Grammar”

1.Background Information

School:  Xi Feng No.1 High School

Teacher:  Luo Songxiu

Students: 61, Senior high school students; Class17, Grade 1

Divided in 5 groups

Age: 15~17 years old

Materials: Grammar of Unit 2, The Olympic Games Student’s Book2

Type of lesson: Grammar

Lesson duration: 45 minutes

Time and Date: 8:00—8:45, October 25th, 2017                   

Classroom: Recording room

Aids: PPT, blackboard, textbook, a multi-media computer 

2. Contents

Grammar “ The future passive voice”

3. Objectives

According to the New National English Curriculum, senior grade one students should reach Level 6 or7 in English Language skills after finishing student’s book 1 to 8. Based on these, the objectives of this lesson are presented as following.

3.1 Instructional objectives:

By the end of the class, students will be able to:

a: review the simple future tense and passive voice.

b: know the structure of the future passive voice.

c: write sentences by using the future passive voice.

 3.2 Educational Objectives:

By the end of the class, students will be able to:

a: know about the Olympics once again.

b:cultivate their autonomous learning ability and the ability of discovering questions.

3.3 Personal objectives:

During the class, the teacher should

a: give instructions concisely and clearly.

b: encourage students to learn by individual and team work.

knowing the structure of the future passive voice

5 Difficult Points

 How to cultivate their autonomous learning ability

 How to guide students to use the future passive voice in context.

6 Procedures and Time Allotment

Step1 Leading in:

In the getting-ready part, I will give 5 minutes to students. I will greet to students simply and show 3 pictures to students naturally leading to the topic of passive voice. This step gets full preparation for the class.

T: Good morning, boys and girls! Today, we will learn a new topic. First, let’s enjoy 3 pictures. Please try to enjoy it!

T: From picture 1, we know that the song when you are old is written by William Butler Yeats.

From picture 2, The legend of ChuQiao are mainly acted by ZhaoLiying and LinGengxin.

From the third picture, The Grey Wolf is often scolded and beaten by his wife.

Step2 Finding the structure part:

In this part, 5minutes will be given to students. Firstly: ask students  “Can you find the similarity of the three sentences? What structure is there in these sentences?” Then let them talk with their partners. Then share their answer with the whole class. This step aims to train students to discover the structure and attract students’ attention on the topic.

T: “Can you find the similarity of the three sentences? What structure is there in these sentences?

T: The structure of passive voice is “be + p.p”

Step3 Introducing the topic of this lesson---the future passive voice.

In this part, I will give 20 minutes to students. There are 3 activities in this part.

Activity1: let students fill in the blanks to complete the sentences.

Sentence 1: Our classroom        (clean) every day.

Sentence 2: I        (clean) our classroom tomorrow.

Sentence3: Our classroom            (clean) by me tomorrow.

T: Finish the first two sentences as soon as possible and then try to complete the third sentence.

T: Share your answers with us, please!

Ss: …

T: The first sentence should be like this:

 Our classroom is cleaned (clean) every day.

The second should be: I will clean (clean) our classroom tomorrow.

How about the third one?

Ss: …

T: We need pay attention to the time---tomorrow

The subject is “our classroom”. However, the verb is “clean”. The classroom can’t clean itself. In this situation, we need to us the future passive voice.

Activity2: Let students review the structure of simple future tense.

T: What is the structure of simple future tense?

Ss: …

T: Right! That is “will/shall be done; am/is/are going to be done”

T: Can you conclude the structure of the future passive voice together with your partners?

Ss: …

T: Excellent! It is “will/shall be done; am/is/are going to be done”.

Activity 3: Let students complete more sentences using the structure of the future passive voice.

1.      The 32nd Olympic Games         (hold) in Tokyo in 2020.

2.      The New Year's Party       (hold) by me this year.

3.      Many schools           (build) in the future.

4.      Students ______ to make any noise during the class .    

 A. will allow         B. will be allowed

   C. are allowed        D. will not be allowed

T: How to express the negative form of the future passive voice?

Ss: …

T: Just add not after will/shall (just for the first person)/ is /am/ are based on the structure of the future passive voice.

For example: Smoking will not be allowed in our school.

Step4 Practice

Let students fill in the blanks using the Future Passive Voice.

A:  Will a new library           (build) in our school?

B: Yes, it is said that the underground of the building       (design) as a parking lot. And the first storey of the building        (build) as a coffee house for students.

A: When will the new dormitory building____________(complete)?

B: In about two years.

Step 5 Reviewing part:

In this part, 3minutes are given to them. Let them review the structure of the future passive voice.

The structure of future passive voice: will/shall be done; am/is/are going to be done

This activity helps to arouse students’ enthusiastic to practice the structure. To do this job, the students have to review the whole class more carefully again, and they will get a deeper impression of the structure.

Step 6 : Homework.

Review the structure of the future passive voice. And finish the 2 sentences after class.

1. Don’t worry! Your bike        in a moment. (repair)  

2. The football match          in our school next week. (hold) 

This activity is to let students look for more information about the topic by autonomous learning.
