Making a good example is much more important than speaking more

Which is more important between making a good example and speaking more?

I will choice making a good example from now on.

When they don’t finish my tasks or homework, I sometimes will be angry with them or always ask them “Why?” They sometimes answer me, but most of the time they just keep silent.

When they don’t follow me in my classes, I often warn them to do something like this or like that, but they don’t accept my suggestion in heart. They do it unhappily. Although I also feel unhappy, but I am used to ordering them.

When they have no more interest in my class, I always complain too much. Maybe they are afraid that I do it again, they just put their mind in it, but they have no true interest. I just complain like the woman Xiangling Sao.

When they don’t get good grades in my subject, maybe I will punish them. For example: Write down the words more times or recite the topics more times. And I sometimes will talk to them one by one to analyze why they do it so badly or where they don’t do it rightly.

I always do it. I’m used to doing it.

But I will change from now on.

I meet my new student, maybe my new friends. I plan to be good with them. I will help them with English and being a good student.

I hope that we will get along well with each other and make big progress in teaching and learning English.

This term, I study or teach English with Class One and Class Two in Grade Seven. I make steps to speak less, and make progress a little. I believe if I stick on my dream and steps, something better in English,interest and grades will happen.
