作业要求 :
参训教师将《作业二:教学设计》的内容付之于课堂教学。教学的过程,请同伴帮忙录制(借助手机、DV、摄像机均可)10—40分钟的视频,只要是完整的教学片断都可以。

Teaching procedure:
Step1: Lead-in
1. Show students the pictures of the Mekong river 。
2. Show students a map and ask “What countries does the Mekong River flow through?”
Step2: Brainstorm
1. Show students the map and some pictures of Laos and ask “What do you want to know about Laos?”
Step3: Group discussion
1. Ask students to discuss in a group of 4 to think of questions about Laos.
2. Make a collection of the questions on the screen/ board.
What’s the weather like? How was your trip?
What did you do when…? Have you met…?
When did you get back? What kind of things did you see?
Could you give me more details about…?
Could you tell me about…? What is the food like in Laos?
What do you think of the country? ….
Step4: Writing
1. Pre-writing: Teach students how to write an email
2. While-writing: Ask students to choose two or three questions and tell them each question should have at least one sentence explaining why they want to know this information.
3. post-writing: ①Ask the pairs to swap their writing to check and evaluate it
②Appreciate some good writings.
