Ⅰ.Designing Purposes

This micro-lecture centers on how to write a guide commentary.After learning the passage The United Kingdom. Students have some basic skills about describing a place, so I choose the topic Guide commentary about Ninghai.  This lecture will help students know how to write a Guide commentary and give students some advice on the writing process,such as how to write an outline, key words,important sentences. This topic is familiar to students which will arise students’ interest of writing.

Ⅱ.Instructional Objectives

After attending this micro-lecture, students will be able to:

-- master some words describing scenery.

-- know how to write a guide commentary;

-- learn how to polish sentences by using Attributive clause V+ing form and phrases;

-- have a strong interest in writing their hometown..  

Ⅲ.Teaching Records

1. Lead-in:use a video to show the natural and cultural beauty of Ninghai. To introduce the topic of traveling in Ninghai.

With the video and music,students will appreciate the beauties of their homeland.
