1.       利用多媒体创设情境、导入新课，帮助学生了解熊猫及其它动物的危险处境。

2.       采用自主学习和合作交流的方式学习课文，明确课文中涉及的救助熊猫的方式。

3.       复习巩固、拓展延伸，让学生谈谈他们对保护动物的看法和做法。

1 Lead-in:

Using multimedia to show the situation of  pandas: It is getting difficult and it needs everyone to help.

2 Reading:

   1) Help students to know:  the situation of  pandas is getting difficult and the government、 scientists and many people are working to help them by watching ppt and learning the passage.

   2) Finish Activity 3 and Activity 4.

3 Extension:

Write a passage about an animal in danger. Use your answers in Activity 5 to help.

4 Summary：

Let Ss talk about what they have learnt in class.

利用多媒体，采用ppt播放等形式，引导学生进入“熊猫的生存现状及怎样救助熊猫”这一话题；通过课文的学习进一步了解熊猫所处的困境以及目前我国政府、科学家及其他组织对保护熊猫和其它濒危动物作出的努力；最后通过提问、讨论和小作文展示等方式巩固本课所学，使保护动物的意识深入到每个学生的心里。
